What kind of payment do you accept?
 
We accept all types of credit cards or bank transfer through Paypal. Please send payment to sales@orangeme.com. We also accept cashier checks or money order under certain circumstances. Please email us to discuss.
 
What is the difference between "Buy it now" and "Add to cart"?
 
For special promotion items, i.e. free tax and shipping, we request immediate payment using Paypal. Usually these items are limited in quantities and we would like to avoid dupliate orders. For "Add to cart" items, you can always review your selections clicking on the "view cart" icon at the top right hand corner of the page.
 
Where is your source of merchandises? Are they authentic?
 
OrangeMe guarantees 100% authenticity for all of our products. Our merchandises came directly from designer factories or through legal channels of authorized distributors. Sometimes we offer display items or overstocks coming from various upscale and elite department stores. All products are brand new. We always mention if an item is a copy or an imitation of a particular brand. We would also state clearly in our description if it's a pre-owned item, which we normally do not carry. We post our products honestly with even the slightest flaw if there is any. We want to make sure your online purchase experience is a pleasant one.
 
Why are your prices lower than retail?
 
We only have a web presence and we don't need to pay for any store front rental. This lower our operation cost and therefore allowing us to pass the savings to you!
 
I love your apparel collection. But how do I know what size I am?

Do we have to pay tax ?
 
Only California residents have to pay 8.25% sales tax. Very often we waive the tax fee on certain promotional products. Please read item description carefully.
 
What is your return and exchange policy ?
 
All Sales Final. No return or exchange. This keeps our operating cost low and be able to maintain our low prices. We post our products honestly and clearly. Please do read description.
 
Do you ship internationally?
 
We do ship worldwide. Shipping price varies, but usually costs around $25 US. The more you buy, the less shipping cost we charge. Very often we even ship free, depends on the amount of purchases. So do email us of your selection of goods for a quick quote.
